Meetings and Conferences
Many hotels near Silverstone offer meeting and conference facilities so we have put together a basic guide detailing the facilities you are liking to a find. We have also compiled a list of hotels suitable for meetings and conferences.
Meeting Rooms
A large number of hotels in the area have meeting rooms which are suitable for a number of delegates. The rooms can vary in size but depending on the size of the hotel you can find a room large enough for 20 or more people. Often meetings rooms come equipped with projectors, power sockets and Internet access.
Car Parking
If you are hosting a meeting or conference you are likely to need a lot of car parking spaces. This could pose a problem if holding the meeting/conference at a small hotel in the area. We recommend you choose a large hotel as they will have big car parks that are safe and secure but more importantly will have enough spaces for your delegates. Refreshments
Usually when holding a meeting or conference there are tea/coffee making facilities either in the room or outside in the lobby. There may be a small charge for these facilities but this will be outlined to you when you book a room. Most rooms will have complimentary water available and sweets – again you will need to check this when booking.
If you are hosting an all-day event you may be wanting to put on a lunch for your candidates/delegates. This can often be arranged with the hotel but notice will need to be given.
